OpenClawDesktopApp is provided as a local tool to facilitate AI Agent deployment for personal or commercial use. You are prohibited from using the tool for any illegal, malicious, or unauthorized activities that violate the policies of third-party platforms (like OpenAI, Feishu, or WhatsApp).

3. Limitation of Liability

OpenClawDesktopApp is provided "as is," without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the software, including but not limited to API cost overruns, account bans on external platforms, or loss of any computer-stored data.

4. Responsibilities

You assume full responsibility for maintaining your API keys and configuration secrets securely. The tool is purely an interface to help you deploy the OpenClaw framework.
